Release 3.0 -- March 16th, 1998
• Added "Garmin protocol" feature detection, GPSy will now correctly detect which protocol
version the Garmin unit uses and will upload using the appropriate icon format
(thank you Christopher Davis for bringing this to my attention)
• Made USGS GeoTIFF support part of GPSy, not GPSy Pro
• Fixed Garmin "ALL" data upload detection (thanks Wes Palmer)
• Fixed crashing problem caused by unrecognized datum in NMEA-0183 stream (thanks Mihkel Tammepuu)
Release 3.0 beta final candidate 1 -- March 11th, 1998
• MGRS display currently disabled. Until I can accurately calculate MGRS, I'll leave this option out.
• NMEA misc. data separated from GPS satellite data
• Static Positioning will reset everytime you open the window. Previously, even if the window was closed, SP calculations would occur in the background. Opening the window will reset SP calculations to zero.
• Preferences format changed, delete old preferences before using
